What's new?

A Use Custom Score Weightings setting is now available in the Amplify Screener's Advanced Settings, giving you more control over how candidates are evaluated.

Why does it matter?

This lets you fine-tune the balance between screening performance and resume match when calculating overall candidate scores, so rankings better reflect your hiring priorities. When disabled, the screener defaults to a 50/50 weighting.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Screener with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition. To use it, navigate to your screener's Advanced Settings and toggle on Use Custom Score Weightings. This reveals two fields — Screening Weight and Resume Match Weight — where you can enter your preferred percentage split. Updating either field automatically adjusts the other to ensure the values always total 100%.
